TMI is now a licensed Expediter with the City of Chicago

The MAS Ink LLC and its founder, Mika Stambaugh, became a certified, licensed expediter with the City of Chicago in July 2019. The process was efficient and rigorous including a background check and fingerprinting to ensure we are who we say we are!

What is an Expediter?

* Third Party Processors (i.e. State of Illinois licensed Attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, Licensed Architects or Engineers, and their employees, as well as REGISTERED and BONDED City of Chicago Department of Buildings Sign Erector Companies/Contractors) and Licensed Expediters (i.e. licensed City of Chicago Expediter or employee of a licensed expediting company) are individuals who, for compensation, seek to obtain a license, certificate or permit from any City department on the behalf of developers, contractors, businesses and homeowners.

What does that mean?

TMI can handle all your permit or licensing needs. We can be the face of your project at City Hall to navigate and streamline each required step, whether it be the proper permit for your project or license for your businesses and events Simply put, we have the knowledge and experience to manage so you don’t have to.
